- Minotaur was the beast who was trapped in the labyrinth of king Minos.It was the beast with head of the bull and the body of the average person.Every 9 years King Minos was sending one person to the labyrinth of Crete and the Minotaur was eating it.The boy named Theseus was volunteered to kill and slay the minotaur.Ariadne,the daughter of the king Minos fall in love with Theseus and help him by the ball of thread.Theseus killed the monster with the sword of Aegeus. But he forgot to put up the white sail, so when his father saw the ship he presumed Theseus was dead and threw himself into the sea.The Minotaur was dead once and for all.
